We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible! All orders are processed within 1 business day, and standard shipping takes 3–5 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout—Drop Apparel isn’t responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.

🔁 Returns & Issues

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If there’s a problem—like the wrong item, damage, or anything else—just let us know within 7 days of receiving your order, buyer pays return shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and you may be charged a 20% re-stocking fee, depending on the circumstances.

To start a return or report an issue, head over to our Contact Us page and fill out the form. Please include your order number and a brief description of what’s wrong. Photos help speed things up!

A few quick things to keep in mind:
 • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for return. Must be in a box large enough to fit them without any crushing.
• Approved returns can be exchanged or issued as store credit. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• If the issue is our mistake, we’ll cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
