We want you to be happy with your purchase! If thereâs a problemâlike the wrong item, damage, or anything elseâjust let us know within 7 days of receiving your order, buyer pays return shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and you may be charged a 20% re-stocking fee, depending on the circumstances.
To start a return or report an issue, head over to our Contact Us page and fill out the form. Please include your order number and a brief description of whatâs wrong. Photos help speed things up!
A few quick things to keep in mind:
 ⢠Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for return. Must be in a box large enough to fit them without any crushing.
⢠Approved returns can be exchanged or issued as store credit. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
⢠If the issue is our mistake, weâll cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is the customerâs responsibility.
